What is Moissanite?

Moissanite is a fascinating mineral that is extremely rare, only previously discovered within meteorite samples. Today, moissanites are lab grown and rivals every other gemstone within the jewelry industry including diamonds.

Recent studies have shown that moissanites are quite comparable to a diamonds in many ways. But that doesn't make one superior to the other; as there are many other gemstones also found in nature that are used in the jewelry industry today such as: Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Amethyst, etc.

Can I request lab diamonds?

Yes, at Gens Jewelry we are currently taking requests for lab grown diamonds. Please use the request custom form at the bottom of our homepage to get started with your stones of choice.

Do we offer Cubic Zirconia stones?

No, Gens Jewelry does not offer CZ diamonds, we only offer the highest quality of moissanite, lab diamonds and various gemstones to create exquisite art pieces.

What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in CAD or USD depending on your location.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
If you chose the buy it now option We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 2-3 days for your order to ship out, average shipping times in Canada take 3-5 days, and 6 - 7 days in the USA.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at gensjewelrystore@gmail.com.

If you chose the pre-order option then your order will ship at the date specified in the product page.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 14 days to send it back to us for a full refund. Refund is only eligible is the tags are still attached. You will receive a printable tracking number with your return address to make your return.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at gensjewelrystore@gmail.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 3-5 business days.
